Own day-to-day accounting and controllership for the U.S. entity—month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general-ledger integrity under U.S. GAAP.
Manage AP/AR, expense, and payroll-related accounting in coordination with HQ.
Coordinate U.S. tax and compliance (federal / state filings, sales & use tax, 1099s, registrations) with external CPAs and tax advisors and own the compliance calendar.
Support intercompany accounting between the U.S. (MBA) and Korea (MBK) entities—intercompany loans, reconciliations, and transfer-pricing inputs.
Assist with audits, financial-statement preparation, and internal controls.
Partner with FP&A and Treasury on actuals, cash, and reporting—and help improve and automate the close.
