• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in collaboration and documentation tools, including Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience in Semiconductor / AI / Embedded Domains
• Experience working in companies or R&D organizations related to AI semiconductors, NPUs, or System-on-Chip (SoC) is preferred.
• Software developers or engineers who have transitioned into a PM career path are highly preferred.
• Executive Staff Support Experience
• Prior staff or PM experience supporting C-level executives in their decision-making process is preferred.
• Global Competency: Business-level fluency in English communication and professional document writing.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum-related certifications.
